‘Queer Theory vs Radical Feminism against Patriarchy, Capitalism and Liberal Feminism vs The Truth’ by K.e.p.
A few premises for starters:
– Patriarchy is destructive.
– Capitalism is destructive, especially since it was created within a patriarchal system, creating many imbalanced paradigms.
– The original feminist movement wanted their equal rights within capitalist society, so the original form of feminism is partially deceptive and destructive, yet radical feminism overwhelmingly succeeds over it’s previous ideology.
– ‘Non-binary’ / Queer theorists with their rainbow spectrum of identities/expressions are both good or bad, and right and wrong for very specific reasons…. Be careful of their presence, which does not necessarily mean you need to start worrying.
However, [non-binary/queer theory] was born within the ideology of a consumer capitalist economic system controlled by patriarchy and the unresolved argument for basic equal rights directly from the original form of feminist activism, so to mix these combinations may be rather volatile, though not always, since using [queer theory] is not always superficially capitalist, patriarchal, or scheming bad intentions. Radical feminism is fundamentally anti-patriarchal, and anti-capitalist, which is as pure as it should be to make a real impact. Radical feminism does not need to be liberal towards [non-binary types/ trans/queer theorists] in order for it to function properly to accomplish it’s goals, especially since non-consumer-capitalistic [non-binary types/queer theorists] believe they all have the right to the same spaces as biological women and vice versa, which does partly go against the original ideology of feminist beliefs within capitalist versions of equality, but may not be a part of newer radical feminist beliefs because they are specifically vigilant of patriarchy and forms of misogyny within capitalist trans women (the ‘fakers’/’predators’) invading traditionally women’s-only spaces, which is the only real fear. This means that trans women may not actually cause any trouble, it is only fear that it will happen. However, issues happen no matter what, no matter how many precautions are taken, and in the beginning of all new and growing paradigms, mistakes and errors always occur before getting fixed.
It must be said that if radical feminists are in need of help to combat against the true evils of patriarchy and capitalism, they should welcome anyone with a kind heart into the group ideology and/or community to help, so [queer/trans/non-binary] identities who have no intention to harm the real world may cooperate just fine. Radical feminists should make it an ethical goal to always fight both capitalism and patriarchy before unsympathetically bashing [trans/non-binary/queer] types for all the right reasons that is necessary. Someone’s identity or expression is less important to argue and fight about than the destruction of the planet, it’s ecosystems and the extinction of it’s species.
Those who persistently tell others that they can not safely be the way they want to be is a fight chosen by actually [control freaks]. [Control freaks] who may be very intelligent and/or knowledgeable, but ultimately are still self-righteous, smug, condescending, and think they are morally superior, who lack the wisdom of humility, sympathy, leniency and fairness. Also, almost all [control freaks] are unable to admit that they are insecure about their presence in the world for one reason or another to avoid pain that they are simply trying to repress. Do not rely on such people to admit the honest truth, you will only receive a warped version of it. The insecure types who are against [trans/non-binary/queer] types that would like equal rights to gender specific spaces and organizations usually fear issues of rape or abuse within the matters of gender specific spaces, and fear the unfairness of strength and/or intellect within certain gender specific organizations. It must be said that capitalism and patriarchy were never meant to happen naturally in society/civilization in the first place, so therefore to create gender-specific spaces and organizations is what you call a [mistake within a much larger mistake]. Those who are against [queer/trans/non-binary] theory usually never mention the positive events or aspects that it creates, only the negative perspective which is most often exaggerated upon; a perspective that will always coexist on the other side of any subject can that be debated. It is a defense tactic of deception.
[Queer/trans/non-binary] theory ideology may be a real mind fuck, with usually good intentions, yet it is only how a person simply wants to identify or express themselves. For an underdeveloped and curious young personality, such involvement may be regretted later in life (especially if surgery is involved), but not to the adult who is mature and responsible enough to handle such a decision. Either way, we all make mistakes in life, both large and small, no matter what. Most of these ‘queer’ decisions are trivial in action, and therefore it would be wise to [agree to disagree] with whatever someone wants to do with their own life, who is being relatively safe at all times. If needed, make an effort to educate anyone who is confused about their identity/expressive options by telling them (before it is too late) why they are thinking the way they are preferably from an anti-capitalist and anti-patriarchy standpoint within psychology starting with a description of what kind of system they were born into, to provide clarity and simplification of the situation they are dealing with. It can be very disappointing when a single breaker of the rules ruins the fun for everyone, turning what was once acceptable into new oppressive laws, and individuals subjected to the cruelties of stigma.
If you are capable of accepting that homosexuality is nothing too serious to worry about on a constant basis, you should be able to accept this [trans/non-binary/queer/cis (etc.)] thing, and eventually a variety of other taboo subjects that deal with complex human [sexuality], not related to the destructive obsessions of porn culture.
Have pity on everyone during these times, for most of them know not what they really do, in a world that will always be both dangerous and pleasurable. Ideally, we need brand new paradigms for a new type of equality and economic designs that are community based, to avoid misogyny, that has such a horrible history. All humans need to become better humans immediately to save the planet, yet what stops most of us is denial, ignorance and fear within comfort zones that we have been born into. We need to be more honest about our existence, where all of life on the planet should be what it always deserved to be, and when I see nonhuman animals doing their wild naked thing, that gets me excited about all the possibilities.
The most important truths about our human situation in relation to all of the [failing paradigms] that have been mentioned and are against each other are as follows: Separating men and women in the first place within societies and civilization was and still is an unnatural decision. Wearing clothes all the time also creates it’s own problems. Non-communal living causes problems. The nuclear family causes problems. Consumer capitalism causes problems, and advertises bullshit solutions. In comparison to the struggling human situation, non-human animals are always naked, never forcing separation between the sexes, yet free to do whatever their hearts desire without waging war, applying and depending on laws, or destruction of the planet. So what happened? – The humans fucked up, and badly. Humans have gone more or less insane in search of better ways to survive by any means necessary, and the sacrifices have been devastating.
Personally, I can not be much of a trans supporter specifically while in this consumer capitalist society (as it may do more harm than good), though if capitalism and patriarchy are eradicated, I will feel more comfortable supporting the true core beliefs of what [queer/trans/non-binary] theory may offer to certain individuals truly in need of them, to those of which who would mostly be considered ‘intersex’, without the hindrance of the superficiality that consumer capitalism provides, which can also be said about the ideals of old fashioned liberal feminism simply requesting for equal rights to capitalist resources divided between men and women.
Note: This essay was born in response to a single online video recording of an anti-transgender conference held in Washington state which was hosted specifically by a women’s-only radical feminist group. The whole layout of this essay grew from a relatively short comment that I had made which simply continued to expand after an increasing amount of questions continued to emerge while being heavily bothered about the subject in order to ‘choose sides’, especially from the fact that I knew something enormous and deeply rooted to everyone involved was not being discussed within the conference, as if purposely being avoided, but had to be encountered on my own terms to make sense of what was actually happening in the conference and is what also happens in every day life. I was looking for the information needed that exists between the black and the white, and also paints a brutally honest picture about humanity, in all it’s highly detailed stupidity and brilliance.
I think about this essay a lot, mainly because the topics of LGBTQ+ are very complex, at times confusing, and sometimes disturbing because I do not associate with any of these movements and have no interest in thinking about them for pleasure, though I am aware of their existence and how they affect society. I actually hate this essay. Firstly, because I feel it should be much longer, and it should include more information -specifically about the role of ‘intersex’ individuals in society and how they are the ones who deserve specific rights more than anyone else who simply can ‘change their identity by changing their mind’. I was actually looking for the term for a long time, and then finally, after coming back to the subject and daring to do the right research, I found the terminology I was in need of. It makes a huge difference in my thinking and writing. However, after writing all that I did here, and letting it sit while pondering it’s validity over time, I don’t feel like rewriting the whole essay just to add a few points here and there. It doesn’t matter much now considering the grand scheme of things. Most of what I needed to say has been said. I will say now that I also would have liked to write more specifically about how capitalism, not any other form of economics, created such a consumer culture and enables/provides superficial materialism to trans enthusiasts. When I think of writing about this, I imagine a book being written and all that has ever happen within capitalism, creating insanity of all kinds. So, if anyone is paying attention, I just want to let you know that I believe for the most part I have written something of value but is nowhere near complete.
Note 2: Men can not menstruate – and will never menstruate as ‘trans-women’ – nor will they ever give birth. Post-modernism is to blame for queer theory. Absolutely crazy stuff.
